NilePreneurs Accelerator
Managing NilePreneurs Accelerator Program NP Academy (now called NilePreneurs Accelerator) which is a 6-month accelerator program sponsored by HSBC Egypt Bank, targeting growing 50+ startups aiming to provide them with a tailored support plan to connect with potential partners, clients and investors and future partners and service providers
Belda Rebranding
Leading the rebranding and app launch of Belda, a service marketplace for homeowers ad businesses. The project involved repositioning and rebranding HomeSurv into Belda, including building the brand from the ground up with a new name, logo, visual identity, and tone of voice to designing a multi-phase launch plan
STREAM
As part of NilePreneurs’ contribution to the international STREAM project, I supported efforts to reshape higher education for future-ready graduates. The project aims to cultivate globally-aware students by integrating 35+ short-term and long-term experiential learning “quests” into the LMS and SIS systems of participating universities.
ECOSYS+
Managed the NilePreneurs pillar of ECOSYS+, a national initiative to scale Egypt’s innovation ecosystem. The program supports startups and SMEs with access to incubation, investment, prototyping, and commercialization resources. My role focused on delivering tailored support, strengthening partnerships, and aligning with national innovation priorities to drive impact and global visibility.
Digital Pathways for Employment
Managing DPE initiative by the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development, implemented by NilePreneurs at Nile University in partnership with Knowledge Officer. The program is designed to equip fresh university graduates from various governorates across Egypt with the skills required for high-demand job markets.
NP Explore Program
Led the NP Explore Program targeting students and fresh graduates with training tracks in Tech (Front-End, Back-End, UX/UI, Data Science, IoT), Engineering (Embedded Systems, XR), and Business (BD, Marketing, PM, Design). The program reached over 10,000 participants across Egypt.
Internship, Startups & Meetups
At WUZZUF, I led high-impact programs that bridged the gap between talent and opportunity. I managed the Internship Program, enabling over 4,000 placements annually. I also built the Startup Support Program, helping early-stage ventures attract top talent through tailored recruitment solutions and executive hiring tracks. Additionally, WUZZUF Meetups series, regular events connecting professionals with industry leaders to foster community and knowledge exchange.
Mobile App Launchpad
Co-managed Google’s Android development scholarship in Egypt in partnership with Udacity, delivering high-quality mobile development training to over 750 job seekers. Through WUZZUF, I led outreach and employer engagement efforts, connecting 80+ hiring companies with a skilled talent pool and facilitating more than 1K job opportunities bridging the gap between digital education and real employment outcomes in Egypt’s tech sector.
Code Battle
At WUZZUF, I led the launch of Code Battle, Egypt’s first competitive programming tournament, in collaboration with A2OJ founder Ahmed Aly. The multi-phase competition attracted Egypt’s top coding talent through a gamified format that included online qualifiers, regional semi-finals, and a grand finale in Cairo. With over 1,000 participants across Cairo, Alexandria, and Upper Egypt, the initiative promoted algorithmic thinking and celebrated emerging tech talent.
